The main idea is to explore empathy and listening as alot of times we,especially children tend to speak without thinking or feeling about the other person. That is the building block of how a good leader is made and is on of the core foundations amongst other values. How can leaders create an atmoshphere that is safe and the tools they need to uplift and inspire others: the core of that is empathy and communcaiton. The workshop is centred around students being able to develop active listening and empathy as leadership tools to uplift and inspire their peers in collaborative situations.
